Frequently Asked Questions

What type of training methods do you use?

We do balance training but lean more towards positive only training and will only use a tool (e collar, prong collar, head collar, harness, slip collar) if we see the dog will benefit from them. We will also teach the owner how to use the tools safely and correctly to help the dog and not hurt the dog.

How long does it take to train a dog?

Theres no set amount of time it takes to train a dog, some dogs may only need a couple weeks of training to sharpen the training they already have, some dogs may need a couple of months to a couple of years for training it all depends on the dog and what they are training to do.

How long have you been training dogs?

I started to work with family dogs when I was 10 but didn’t get into training dogs till i was about 15 years old when I started working with a small service dog training program and got my first service dog. I worked with that company from 2019 till 2023 where i eventually graduated their training program and got certified as a professional dog training that specializes in service dogs. Since then, I’ve been learning more and starting to branch out what I offer to train.

Do you have an age requirement for a dog to start training?

We do have an age requirement, the youngest dog we will take is 16 weeks old after they have all their shots they need (we will need proof of shot record), we do not have a set max age we will take since it all depends on what the dog is coming in for training. If they are coming in for service dog training, we will NOT take a dog older than 4 years old.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do offer payment plans, while our prices are very cheap, we still know a lot of people especially the disabled community cannot afford those prices for whatever reason (EBT, disability checks, low income, etc.)

Do you do online training?

We do offer online training, how that works is we will schedule a day and time in hour business hours and sit down on a video call and do sessions that way. I’ll have my demo dog show you how to train something and have you do the same thing, if your dog does not understand it one way we will change up how we train said thing.

Why are your prices so cheap?

We are not in it for the money at all, we’d much rather help as many people out for a lower price especially since we work with more disabled people than anything, we’d rather be more afforded than have you stress about how you are going to cover other expenses. We would rather have a lot more very highly trained dogs, then a good handful of highly trained dogs due to cost.
